Stiff neck? We got you covered!

Here are 10 exercises to ease neck and shoulder stiffness. Remember to sit upright and maintain a neutral spine while performing the exercises.

Do not exercise if you're experiencing pain and consult a physiotherapist at the earliest or contact us. We'll sort you out :)

1. Neck Rotations - 6 each side


2. Neck Flexion & Extension - 6 each


3. Lateral Neck Flexion - 6 each side


4. Neck Flexion with resistance - 6


5. Neck Strengthening: Front - 6


6. Neck Strengthening: Lateral - 6


7. Levator Scapulae Stretch - 3 each side


8. Shoulder Rolls (front & back) - 10 each


9. Arm & Shoulder flow (cross body stretch - tricep stretch - gomukhasana) - 3 each side


10. Gorudasana (Seated Eagle Pose) - 3 each side
